What it becomes is entirely up to the moment. And that's the whole point.</p><p><br></p><p>I've been making doodle birds for about four or five years. Over time I noticed that whatever I worked on <em>after</em> making one took less time. Because I was second-guessing myself less. I tracked it for a full year, and by October 2023, one of my most intensive quarterly projects was taking about 55% of the time it used to. Almost cut in half. And even when you’re surrounded by clients, that’s a different kind of connection than peer-to-peer support.</p><p><br></p><p>This practice is about gently showing up inside a group you already belong to — not to prove anything, not to perform, but to let yourself be visible in a space that already feels safe enough.</p><p><br></p><p>A comment. A reply. A simple post. over until your body feels complete.</p><p><br></p><p>I use this while learning, listening, sitting in meetings, or anytime I need to shift out of overthinking and back into
