And the way I’m answering them has changed too.</p><p>It’s like I’ve unlocked not just my ability to dream expansively again, but I'm dreaming with a whole new level of clarity.</p><p>And it's flipping exciting.</p><p><br></p><p>But it’s also been a really important reminder:</p><p>When our energy is low, we don’t just feel tired - we start to <strong>shrink our lives without even realising it</strong>.</p><p>We dream smaller. We doubt more. We hold ourselves back.</p><p><br></p><p>But when you simply focus on getting that energy flowing again - particularly your Motivational energy - everything can shift.</p><p>Your perspective changes. Your ideas change. Last week we enjoyed our first warm blue-skied day here in London and it was&nbsp;<em>glorious</em>.</p><p><br></p><p><em>However,</em>&nbsp;while I am a big fan of harnessing that Spring energy to get started on new projects and plans, let me give you a loving word of warning:&nbsp;<em>please</em>&nbsp;remember that you are emerging from a long Winter, that used up a lot of your energy, so before you go rushing off to start new projects, first harness that Spring energy to recharge&nbsp;<em>your&nbsp;</em>batteries and fill up&nbsp;<em>your&nbsp;</em>cup.</p><p><br></p><p>Because THIS is us all crawling out of Winter right now.
