She empowers women to adventure out of their comfort zones by trying outdoor experiences they have only dreamt of or possibly haven’t experienced in a very long time.

Her Fit is Freedom podcast, coaching, online courses, and events have changed the lives of thousands of women. As a frequent guest on podcasts and television, she also created the FOX TV Outdoor Houston Adventure series.


Kelly knows what it’s like to be busy juggling all the different aspects of your life … and she has heard every excuse in the book about how exercise doesn’t fit into that daily routine.
