I’ve created this private podcast feed to deepen your relationship with your change processes. Think of me as your change companion, providing therapeutic strategies, advice and remote sessions for you to create the desired change in your life, on your terms and within your busy schedule.
Each recording has been intentionally created, specifically for your healing journey, and the expansion of your spiritual growth.
Some episodes will naturally be longer than others.
Some episodes will allow you to carry on your daily activities like driving in the car or walking in nature, even folding washing or doing the dishes, and you can still listen to high vibrational encoded messages to inspire your soul’s transformation.
Over the last 2 decades I’ve immersed into many healing modalities, jam packed my own toolbox with what I needed. Each item has deepened my capacity to understand what I need. And the more tools I learn to heal myself in a given situation, the better equipped I am to be able to hold space for you.
One of the things I’ve come to learn, especially on your spiritual healing journey is this – when you close your eyes and just listen, you expand the neuroplasticity of your every day mind. By this I mean when you limit the sense of vision, your brain has more room to process what you hear and consequently, what you feel in your body. It is connection to these positive felt experiences that create dynamic change in your life – because you’re changing your energetic vibrational field.
Here's one thing that everyone experiences – big feelings.
In my clinical experience, it’s so easy for individuals to ignore these feelings and the root cause of why you have them. These sensations can feel intense, hard or even uncomfortable. Ignoring, avoiding or procrastinating dealing with big feelings causes you to disconnect. Within western medicine this is called disassociation. From an energetic perspective, you close down your heart chakra and your capacity to allow love in or out of your body is diminished.
Sadly our western culture has become addicted to consuming the quick fix, and it’s so easy to lose connection to all of those beautiful internal resources like self love, self worth, confidence, strength and even the ability to discern and let go.
To return to your heart is absolutely vital to for healing. To do this, you need to be able to remain calm and only then can you transform whilst working with the most intimate and vital parts of yourself.
It’s scientifically proven that when you undertake healing work through your ears (instead of your eyes), you are allowing your brain to process the sound wave on an energetic vibrational level. This opens up different neural pathways and programs which ultimately allows you to create big changes.
Interestingly enough, when you focus on sound, you’re also influencing your cranial nerves to invoke a whole of body relaxation sensation. I mean I could bore you to tears with the science but your body has an energetic field outside of you, as well as the electric communication channels that travel throughout your body.
Therefore combining therapeutic sounds with meditative scripts, positive hypnotic suggestion and mindset recoding, enable the listener to elevate their vibrational energy from 3D to quantum. The shifts are very much felt, and the changes that clients experience are immediate and long lasting.
When you relisten to any of the recordings, you create new muscle memory which then generates changes to your subliminal habits.
Here’s the other thing I’ve learnt over the last two decades. My audience has steered away from video or content found within a portal. But my beautiful audience loves the podcast accessibility to work with me in their place and within their preferred schedule.
This is why I’ve developed a private podcast format – listen via your preferred podcast platform, listen to what you need at any given time.
When I explain that these recordings are intentional, by this I mean I started creating them for individuals as homework support after an individual session. But this became very labour intensive for me and I wanted everyone to access unique tools.
So I got thinking about how I could expand my unique skills to be of service to more people (especially those waiting to see me in person). And this is how the private podcast has evolved, and enables everyone to listen to what therapeutic recording they need. My intention expands because listening to my voice allows you and I to develop a personal relationship before we work together either 1:1 or within a group. I’ve designed and recorded each episode as if I am just talking to you.
Each episode is at least like an informative blog – so it’s like accessing your own private coach. Then some episodes contain both the informative blog and the therapeutic recording.
Here’s another intentional benefit for you. Listening to the therapy based episodes, enables you to commence your deep work and healing transformation before we meet. These therapeutic recordings are designed for you to dabble as little or as much as your heart desires. That’s right, have a taste or deep dive into your work and kick start your transformation before we work together, or alternatively extend the positive sensations after your appointment.
So here’s how we can work together right now. This is just a taste of how you can begin to cultivate a deep love of SELF. Here’s a statement that you can use at any time you feel challenged, any time you hit a road block, any time you’re feeling, the overwhelm of life creeping in.
Say this to yourself “ How can I love myself even more deeply, right now?”
