Use your hand or an object placed in front of your face, almost like you would a compact mirror

to practice that fogging sensation, practice our fogging ability with our breathing. 

Breathe in.

And then as you breathe out,open your mouth and "fog" that mirror, prop, or your hand.

You know that you're fogging efficiently if you can feel on your hand or see on the prop or mirror the heat of your breath.

We'll do this 10 times together.
