We gently begin exploring how your experience is being shaped moment to moment, and how greater understanding of the mind can bring more clarity, calm and freedom.


A Moment of Reflection:

Take a moment to jot down (or simply make a mental note of) a few areas where you tend to struggle—this might be a particular relationship, anxiety, confidence, body image, stress, fear, low mood, or anything else that feels challenging. It might relate to work or home, the past, present or future.

These will act as personal case studies as you move through the sessions—places to revisit with fresh eyes and curiosity. It doesn’t need to be exhaustive. Often the learning you see in one area will ripple out into others.
