The missing link between medication, food noise, and lasting results
In this episode, I’m diving into one of the most talked-about topics in weight loss right now: GLP-1 medications. After hosting a recent workshop and collecting real feedback from participants, I was surprised by what I found and honestly, a little concerned about where the conversation is heading. While GLP-1 therapies can be incredibly helpful tools, they’re not the full solution. And if we don’t address what’s underneath the surface, we may be setting ourselves up for long-term frustration.
Today, I’m breaking down what people are actually experiencing and the critical piece that’s being overlooked.

But right now, the conversation is heavily skewed toward medication alone.
If your appetite is reduced…but your stress, emotions, and patterns are still there—What happens when the medication is gone?
GLP-1 medications are not the enemy.
They’re a powerful tool.
But they are not the whole solution.
If we want lasting, sustainable change, we have to look deeper—at the patterns, the emotions, and the internal experience that drives behavior.
Because weight loss alone doesn’t create freedom.
