All right. Friends, let's dig in to scarcity, money fears, all of that drama. This is going to be an EFT practice. So. It's audio only, obviously you can't see me. And because of that, I am going to name the points. If you are unfamiliar with any of the points that I am talking about, head into the EFT video section over in mighty networks, watch the intro to EFT video.


It'll walk you through the points. Easy breezy. So that, you know what we are doing, but once you know the points and it's, it'll be nice to have all of these tapping videos. So you have easy access on the go. When you have a moment where you're freaking out, everything feels really, really full on and you can come back to this.


Okay. So always, always the first thing you're going to do, identify what is going on inside of your body, inside of your mind in this moment. So if you're. Listening to this audio, there is likely something around. It's not working money. Doesn't work for me. Money doesn't show up for me. There's never enough for me, something in that vein.


So just bring up to mind what it is for you and notice where you feel that in your body.


Is there any sensation or emotion in your throat or chest your belly,


do you feel sensation on your skin and your hips, your feet, your head simply noticing what you notice in this moment. When you think about money


and once you feel connected to that rate on a scale from zero to 10, how intense that sensation is right now, 10 being the most intense off the charts. Zero being not intensive. It's not intense at all. You can probably move on with your life. Otherwise, once you have your number, I like to jot it down, but it's up to you.


We're going to start lightly tapping on the side of your hand throughout this whole process, taking deep breaths in, through your nose and out through your mouth.


And when you're ready to start to repeat after me continuing to tap on the side of your hand, even though I feel so scared of money, so much scarcity living in my body, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.


Even though I feel all this scarcity, like there's never enough for me. I deeply and completely love and accept myself,


even though I have all these money fears. All these stories and all these feelings


I deeply and completely love and accept myself,


start tapping on the top of your head.


I feel so scared of money. So many scarcity stories. Looping in my mind, moved down here just above your eyebrow. I feel so scared of money. So scared about money. All this fear, all this anxiety it's living in my body.


Move to the side of your eye. I have all this scarcity. Living in my body, it feels like there's never enough. Like I never have enough. Like there never will be enough. That's my story. Moved down to your cheekbone, all this scarcity living in my body. Like there's never enough for me.


I feel so anxious about money. So stressed about money


moved down top under your nose, above your lips. I feel so scared about money. So stressed about money


down onto your chin. So scared about money. I feel all this scarcity living in my body. So stressed about money. So scared about money. Take a deep breath,


start tapping under your collar bones. I feel so scared about money. So stressed about money and it's living in my body


down your rib cage, right around where your bra line would be. If you are wearing a bra or wear a bra. So scared about money, what if there's never enough for me? I feel so stressed about money. Like there's never enough for me.


So stressed about money. So spent money. Like there's never enough for me tap on the gamut point on the back of your hand, I feel so scared about money. So set stress about money. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it at the top


and release. Rest your hands in your lap. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Rest your eyes on a point that isn't moving in one spot. If your eyes are cracked, open.


Taking this pause this moment to notice what you notice, scan your body, especially those places where you noticed sensation emotion before


noticing what you notice. Zero to 10. How intense is the experience of scarcity? Not enough fear, anxiety around money. Right now,


if you feel like you are at a two or below that I want to invite you to. Move into a visualization practice or a journaling practice around from this place of feeling less anxious, less attached to the scarcity, less of the sensation in your body. What is possible about your relationship with money? How does money get to work for you?


What new rules, ideas. Levels of normal. What new expectations do you want to have? Do you want to decide right now to have around your relationship with money and how it works for you? So if you feel complete, amazing move into that process, and if visualization speaks to you, go there. If automatic writing speaks to you, go there and use those questions to explore.


If you're still feeling a T above a two or your attitude, when you want to keep topping with us. Great. We'll jump right back in. So noticing what you notice zero to 10, where is the intensity? I still feel anxious about money. Like there's never enough for me, eyebrow still feel anxious about money. Like, there's never enough for me. That's my story. Never enough for me side of your eye. What if there's never enough for me? What if it never works for me? I still feel anxious about money. That's my story.


Anxious about money story moved down to your cheekbone, anxious about money story. I still feel anxious about money. What if there's never enough for me? Blow your nose anxious about money story. What if there's an ever enough for me? Chin anxious about money story. What if there's never enough for me stressed about money story?


What if there's never enough for me collarbones anxious about money story stressed about money story. What if there's never enough for me? I feel so stressed about money. I feel so anxious about money. That's my story. And it's living in my body anxious about money story stressed about money story living in my body.


Ribcage. What if there's never enough for me? Anxious about money story stressed about money story. What if there's never enough for me back of your hand gamut point? What if there's never enough for me? I feel so anxious about money. So stressed about money. What if there's never enough for me? What if it doesn't work for me?


Take a deep breath,


really close your eyes or soften your gaze, rest your hands in your lap. And just as before, notice what you notice zero to 10, where is their intensity? Checking back into these places where you felt sensation previously


and giving yourself that rating zero to 10. How intense does it feel right now?


So if you are still above a two, no, there's nothing wrong with. You're just in an intense, emotional state. That's okay. If that is the case, continue to tap either going back to the beginning of this audio or tapping on your own, right. You can go in and use the EFT, how to video and go through this process on your own.


Using your specific stories until you get it down to a zero to a two. And when you are at that point, then I want to invite you to check into from this place, that where I feel more neutral, where I feel calm, where I feel maybe more energized, what is possible, how good does my relationship with money?


Get to. How good could it be? Where is there opportunity for a more supported, safe, nourished, relaxed relationship with money? And what would that look like? And what would that feel like? Right. So you're clearing out the old story and then making decisions about what the new stories are. And then finally, I want to invite you to give yourself some.


Sensory anchors to attach that new story to, so what do I mean by that? I mean, something that connects to one of, or multiple of your five senses. So it could be that as you are writing or imagining or visualizing this new reality, this space of possibility. The space of new rules, new relationship, new expectations around your relationship with money that maybe there's a particular symbol or image that comes into your mind or something you see in the space around you.


That feels really like a juicy, vibrant. Yes, this is my symbol for my new relationship with money. Great. It could also be a particular smell. Is there an essential oil that you love, if that's the case, go ahead and grab it and smell it. Take a few deep breaths into it and then write your story, visualize your story and smell it again.


After you're in the story. After you complete the story, the new rules and story, it could also be a taste. If there's a Everage you particularly love or a food or a flavor, you particularly love, you can either imagine that right now, or actually get some of it as your endless process. It could be something you hear.


Is there a song or a particular mantra or chant or sound that you want to play right now that will again, be associated with this new reality. So that you can use that song or sound as a way to immediately pull you back into this reality, as you are learning to have this as your new normal, and the final piece is it could be a sensation.


So touch. Is there a particular sweat? Or fabric or sensation on your skin that this feels like, do you want to imagine it's the feeling of sun warming your skin? Or perhaps the feeling of slipping into a hot bath for the first time, whatever the sensation is, what do you want to link to this new story, new experience and relationship with money and how it gets to work for you?


You can use one, you can use one for each sense. You can use combinations. It is up to you wherever your imagination goes. Naturally, trust it. Trust it. Trust. And then over the next several days, weeks, months, but especially the next 48 to 72 hours. Can you use that sensory experience really intentionally bring it back into your mind.


So play the song every day. Imagine the visual every day, where the sweater every day taste the flavor every day, et cetera, so that you can really cement that anchor. In your mind.
