:

Outcomes Aren’t Yours - Write the Story Anyway

Description:

What if the goal isn’t to win the outcome, but to live the alignment? In this episode, we explore the difference between ambition and calling, how to practice when the path is messy, and why “ease, not easy” is a powerful compass. You’ll hear gentle frameworks for listening (to God, to your body, to the work), plus small experiments that move you forward without certainty.

What You’ll Hear:

  • Alignment over ambition: letting outcomes belong where they belong
  • Surrender ≠ passivity: action with open hands
  • Ease, not easy: a body-based check for life-giving work
  • Practice over performance: drafts, reps, micro-acts of faith
  • Permission to be nonlinear: detours, do-overs, and iterative clarity

Try This (3 minutes):

  • Write a one-line assignment for today’s work (not the outcome).
  • Circle one effort that feels easeful (even if challenging).
  • Take one micro-step (5–10 minutes). Close with: “The result isn’t mine.”
